Yes there are, they were added in the most recent update There are no ocean monuments in 3ds edition.LEGO The Ocean Monument Set 21136 Instructions.Additionally I added "new" monument in data folder. Using Univesal Minecraft Editor, I copied naturally generated temple, add it to new localization and changed all values. Obviously guardians won't spawn there, so I started to editing world files. I copied my base from multiplayer world, with nearby ocean monument.
